Why We Started

At McQueen Gadberry LLC, total effort is concentrated on addressing legal issues.  The law firm was born from the idea that laws protect and enable our clients to achieve the highest success possible and attorneys must build a trusting relationship with their clients.  Jalesia F. McQueen Gadberry noticed a disconnect from many firms and the clients that support them.  This is mostly attributed to the economic model most law firms use - the billable hour.  Under this system, professionals are financially rewarded for time.  Therefore, motivations lie in the time spent on client's issues and not in addressing the issues themselves.  Through its emphasis on flexible fee arrangements, McQueen Gadberry LLC has created incentives to solve legal issues in a timely and efficient manner.  Our clients know they can call on us because we are committed to them.
